Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit of one-night stay plus tax. WE HAVE A 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. The room balance will be charged to the same credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. Reservations cancelled prior to seven days of arrival will be refunded all of the deposit minus a $25 booking fee. Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. We will attempt to rebook the rooms and credit what we are able to rebook towards a future stay. This policy also applies to deducting number of days in a reservation within 7 days of arrival.
Blocks of rooms (3 or more rooms in one group) will have a 30-day cancellation policy.
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, and Jazz Fest require a cancellation notice of 30 days prior to arrival.
The maximum number of occupants per room is two people. Suite Dream is the only room which can accommodate up to three people and it includes a $50/day charge for the third person.
The Grand Idyllwild Lodge does not permit pets on the property. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome. Guests who require service animals must make the lodge aware that the service animal is coming. ADA law requires Service Animals to be leashed and under the control of owner at all times. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended on the property.
Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are not permitted in any of the rooms. Smoking is permissible outdoors on the ground floor at least 50 feet from the building. (There will be an automatic $300 charge to the credit card for failure to comply with this policy).
Bicycles, candles and or any other open flames are not permitted in any of the rooms.
