Deposit Policy:
Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit of complete stay plus tax.
– 14 DAY CANCELLATION –
There is a $45 cancellation fee on reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to check-in date. There is no refund for reservations cancelled less than 14 days before check-in date. This policy also applies to reducing the number of days in a reservation with less than 14 days before arrival.
– 30 DAY CANCELLATION ON GROUP/BLOCK/EVENT BOOKINGS –
Blocks of rooms (3 or more rooms in one group) will have a 30-day cancellation policy. There is a $45 cancellation fee per room on reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in date. There is no refund for reservations cancelled less than 30 days before check-in date. This policy also applies to deducting number of days in a reservation within 30 days of arrival.
Travelers Insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself from an unexpected change of plans.
Occupancy:
The maximum number of occupants per room is two people, with the following exceptions: The Grand Villa can accommodate up to five people. Suite Dream can accommodate up to three people and it includes a $50/day charge for the third person.
Pets:
The Grand Idyllwild Lodge does not permit pets on the property. There is a $250 charge for bringing a pet in to the units.
Legitimate Service Animals are welcome–Guests who require service animals must make the lodge aware that the service animal is coming. ADA law requires Service Animals to be leashed and under the control of owner at all times. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended on the property. We have wood floors throughout the lodge and would appreciate booties on the dog’s feet, although it is not required by law.
Smoking:
Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are not permitted in any of the rooms. Smoking is permissible outdoors on the ground floor at least 50 feet from the building. (There will be an automatic $300 charge to the credit card for failure to comply with this policy).
Other:
Bicycles, candles and or any other open flames are not permitted in any of the rooms.
General Policies:
– The Grand Idyllwild Lodge requires a two-night minimum stay on the weekends.
– One-night stays are permissible Sunday through Thursday nights.
– Check-in is from 3-6 pm (with prior notice, special arrangements may be made for early/late arrivals).
– Check-out is noon.

At The Grand Idyllwild Lodge we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.
Information Collection: Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Grand Idyllwild Lodge. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. The Grand Idyllwild Lodge does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
Security: At The Grand Idyllwild Lodge, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Policy Modifications: The Grand Idyllwild Lodge may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
